Shades Of Autumn
Although the days here in the Algarve are beginning to shorten and the evenings and early mornings are cooler, we are still enjoying warm sunshine all day, with glorious sunsets over the ocean.

The landscape is scorched after the hot summer months, and the evening air full of the woody scent of drying herbs and grasses, as the olive trees release their fruits and the pommegranates turn deep red.

This a a great time of year for getting out and exploring the wilder Algarve.
The beaches are empty apart from hardy surfers and kite fliers, the air is fresh off the vast Atlantic and the fish in the beach side cafes is fabulous.
The unspoilt west coast is waiting to be discovered by man and dog!!
